Each bay can fit up to 8 people, and 6 is usually the most comfortable. Spectators count too, so you can keep the space fun and comfortable for everyone.

Products must be returned after 30 days from date shipped. Any product can be returned in any condition!

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or make changes. If you cancel or modify your booking within 24 hours of your session, you’ll receive a 50% refund. If you cancel within 2 hours of your booking, it is treated as a No-Show and you will not receive a refund and your card on file will be charged.

Customers that no-show for their booking are still required to pay for their full session. We will charge the card we have on file or send an invoice.

Absolutely! The Cage is great for parties, dates, team events, and group hangouts. If you’re planning something bigger, book ahead so we can help you get set up for a smooth, fun visit.

Yes, we recommend booking in advance so you get the time slot you want. Walk-ins may be available when we’re open, but reservations are the best way to lock in your session.

It’s just $1 per minute. You pick the time, and you pay for the session length you want. Simple, flexible, and easy to book!
