The Cage – Booking Terms & Conditions

By booking and/or using The Cage facilities, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all participants, guests, spectators, and individuals present at The Cage.

1. Facility Use & Assumption of Risk

Participation in batting cage and training activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to bodily injury, property damage, or death. By booking or using The Cage, participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with baseball/softball training activities.

All users agree to follow posted rules, staff instructions, and safety guidelines at all times.

2. Waiver Requirement

All participants must complete and sign The Cage liability waiver prior to using any facility, equipment, or services. Minors must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

Failure to complete a waiver will result in denial of facility use without refund.

3. Booking & Payment Policy

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. • Reservations are not guaranteed until payment is successfully processed. • Booking time includes setup and cleanup time. Participants must vacate the facility promptly at the end of their reserved session. • The Cage reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations due to maintenance, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

- If you need to cancel your booking, please log into your customer portal on our website and select "manage booking"

- Customers that cancel within 24 hours of their booking will only be refunded 50% of the charge of their booking

- No-shows are still subject to pay full price for their bookings (any cancellations within 2 hours of the booking are considered no-shows)

5. Conduct & Facility Rules

All guests must behave in a safe and respectful manner. The following are prohibited:

• Unsafe use of equipment • Horseplay or reckless behavior • Use of facility while under the influence of drugs or alcohol • Damage, theft, or misuse of property • Failure to follow staff instructions or posted rules

The Cage reserves the right to remove any individual violating these rules without refund.

6. Equipment Use

Participants are responsible for proper use of all equipment and facility property. Users agree to pay for damages caused by misuse, negligence, or intentional acts.

Personal equipment is permitted but must meet safety standards and may be inspected by staff.

7. Minors & Supervision

Participants under the age of 18 must be supervised by a parent, guardian, or authorized adult unless participating in a supervised program or lesson.

Parents/guardians are responsible for the behavior and safety of minors they accompany.

8. Personal Property

The Cage is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Participants are encouraged to secure valuables.

9. Photo & Video Release

The Cage may photograph or record activities for marketing or promotional purposes. By entering the facility, you grant permission for use of images or recordings unless written notice is provided prior to participation.

10. Health & Safety

Participants confirm they are physically able to participate in training activities. Individuals who are injured, ill, or experiencing symptoms that may create risk to themselves or others should not participate.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Cage, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation or facility use.

12. Agreement to Terms

By completing a booking, entering the facility, or participating in activities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
